Jurassic Coast Osteopathy in Weymouth has closed permanently (December 2022) and Helena Greenwood has retired as an osteopath (March 2023) to do other things.
This notice is to advise you that your record from Jurassic Coast Osteopathy (or any previous clinic in Surrey where you may have seen Helena) will be held securely by her in accordance with both the requirements of her previous profession and UK GDPR law.

If you saw Helena at Dorchester Osteopaths, records from your appointments at that clinic will continue to be held by Dorchester Osteopaths and you should contact them directly with any questions as Helena is not the 'data controller' for those and will not continue to have access to them.
If you have given consent for Helena to transfer your records from Jurassic Coast Osteopathy to Dorchester Osteopaths because you intend to see another practitioner there, that transfer will be made in line with GDPR policy which means that once the copy transferred to Dorchester Osteopaths has been verified, the original at Jurassic Coast Osteopathy will be deleted (since 2 copies of the same record should not exist). The only copy will be held by Dorchester Osteopaths as the data controller as above.
